Who we are
knowvation is a product of Encore Focus LLC ("knowvation", "we", "us"). By using this website, the public demo or knowvation's sign-in app, you agree to these terms. If you're using them for your company, you agree on its behalf. Questions about these terms? Write to [email protected].
The knowvation software
knowvation is licensed to companies, not to individuals. Your company's license agreement, and the terms shown on the marketplace where your company installs knowvation, set out what it may do with the software, what it pays and what we promise. These terms don't change that agreement. Where the two differ, your company's license agreement wins.
Using the website and demo
- Give accurate details when you sign up, using your own business email.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the website or demo, and don't copy the software behind them.
- Don't use automated tools to collect content from them, beyond normal search engine indexing.
- The demo shows a made-up company. Its people, tickets, orgs and code are fictional.
We may suspend demo access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The website, the demo and the knowvation name and logo belong to us. You may link to the website and share screenshots to talk about knowvation, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you.
No guarantees
The website and demo are provided as they are, for information. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll be error-free or always online.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or demo, and our total responsibility for them is limited to US$100. This doesn't limit anything in your company's license agreement, or any responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don't control, such as Azure Marketplace. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Changes and the law that applies
