Where knowvation runs
knowvation is delivered as a single-tenant application. It is installed from your private marketplace plan into your own cloud subscription on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, and it runs there. No other company shares your instance.

Your data and secrets
Your Salesforce data, your code and your credentials stay in resources you control. Your knowvation instance uses your own secret store and your own version control.
Your AI model provider
The agents use the model provider you choose: Claude, OpenAI or Gemini models, through Microsoft Foundry, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI. Direct connection with the model providers is also supported. Model selection is set per agent. You are in control.
Identity and access
- Single sign-on with your company accounts.

- You decide whether, and when, knowvation's support team can access your instance for upgrades.
Humans in control, everything logged
All agent activity and context is logged, including searches, API calls, conversations with people and with other agents, and decisions. Your team reviews decisions, agent logic and deployments, and chooses whether a person approves each solution before the agents build.
